Chrysler can’t build enough Ram pickup trucks even with its Warren truck plant running on three shifts.

So it is taking steps to squeeze about 100 more trucks per day, or an additional 28,500 over a year..






Among vehicles that benefit is the Ram 1500 fitted with the VM Motori 3-litre V6 diesel engine. This engine is notable for its use of a compacted graphite iron (CGI) vee cylinder block. The engine is built in Centi, Italy by a company wholly owned by Fiat.
